In September 1997, Mona and I decided to go on a month long trip in Italy and Greece. We decided to organize it ourselves by reading books and getting information from the Internet and travel agencies. We picked Italy because it is a country full of History, beautiful Art, marvellous architecture, archeological sites, and great food. We spent 16 days in this romantic country, travelling by train from city to city. We started in Venice, and ended the Italy trip in Sorrento before taking the ferry to Greece. We also deviated a little bit from our planned itinirary by going to Corsica (France) for a couple days.
